SH102D fully automatic thermostatic petroleum densitometer is suitable for measuring the density and relative density of liquids. This method is based on the principle that the vibration frequency is different when the double U-shaped tube is filled with different media. It complies with GB/T2013-2010, GB/T29617-2013, and ASTMD 4052. After pumping the liquid to be measured into the resonant cylinder sensor, the measurement data is processed by a single chip microcomputer, which is fast, direct, and highly sensitive. It is composed of a dual tuning fork type density sensor, a vibrating cylinder circuit, a temperature measuring circuit, a CPU, a display, a thermostatic tank, a liquid inlet pump, and a control panel. The liquid densitometer can be widely used for measuring the density of various liquids, and with different concentration conversion software, it can also directly read the concentration value of corresponding liquids, such as alcohol. Through the processing of single-chip software, it can directly read the volume concentration data, making testing more convenient.

Performance characteristics
1. Constant temperature control: Because the liquid density is greatly affected by temperature, it is necessary to convert the liquid density detected at real-time temperature into the liquid density at 20 ℃. This instrument adopts constant temperature bath control, which seals the sensor, its components, and the sample liquid in the constant temperature bath. The temperature of the oscillating tube (sample liquid) is detected by the temperature sensor, and the electronic components are controlled by a single chip microcomputer for cooling or heating, ensuring that the temperature in the constant temperature bath is stable within the range of 20 ℃ ± 0.1 ℃. This not only solves the troubles and errors caused by conversion, but also ensures the measurement accuracy, stability, and repeatability of the instrument (constant temperature values can be customized according to user requirements)
2. Directly display the density value of the liquid at 20 ℃, with temperature display: detect the oscillation frequency of the sensor through a single chip computer, use the mathematical model of the relationship between the sensor frequency and the liquid density, calculate the density value of the liquid, and then perform floating-point operations, so that no additional error will be caused due to insufficient operation digits during the operation process, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement results. The density value calculated by the single chip computer is displayed through a five digit number, and there is a temperature display window.
3. Automatic sampling: Using a single-chip microcomputer to control a stepper motor to drive a peristaltic pump to suck samples improves the automation of the product
4. Acid and alkali resistant pipes: The pipes in direct contact with the liquid are all imported acid and alkali resistant pipes, ensuring that the instrument can measure acid and alkali solutions.
5. Data storage and transmission: Built in memory chip, it can store 80 sets of detection data, and can be recalled and deleted. It can be connected to the computer through 232 interface according to user requirements (customized).
Calibration function: When the instrument is not used for a long time, it will generate drift. This instrument can use 20 ℃ pure water as a standard to calibrate the instrument, which is a function that glass densitometers cannot achieve.
